Since many years KilletSoft markets with success geodetic functions for the use in own computer programs. The product GeoDLL contains functions for precise coordinate transformations between more than 500 given coordinate and reference systems. Additionally it is possible to define special coordinate and reference systems with their transformation parameters. Furthermore functions for exact datum shifts, meridian strip transformations, distance calculations and many other geodetic tasks are contained in GeoDLL.
 
The WINDOWS operating system WINDOWS allows software developers to use geodetic functions stored in a Dynamic Link Library (DLL) with their own programs. The programming language used for developing programs that call functions of the DLL is not important. But the use of the programs developed so, is at first limited to personnel computers with the operating system WINDOWS.
 
KilletSoft frequently gets inquiries, whether the geodetic functions of GeoDLL will be available also for other operating systems e.g. like LINUX or UNIX and for other hardware platforms. Some developers would not like to build functionality into their programs without knowledge of the source code. For that reason the completely functions contained in GeoDLL, can be purchased as C++ source code now. The source code is written to a large extent in ANSI-C, so that a migration on different operating systems and hardware platforms is possible with small time and effort. Our products TRANSDAT, GeoDLL and BetaDLL supports transformations with the NTv2 standard BeTA2007. The German "Arbeitsgemeinschaft der Vermessungsverwaltungen" (ADV) therefore provides a set of test data. Comparative calculations with the test data attest an accuracy with an average deviation of only 0.02 millimeters.

TRANSDAT language files
 
The latest version 13.32 supports language files for the programs interface. Since the language dependent texts are managed in external files, new languages can be added at any time by creating new language files. Every user of the program can compile language files by himself.

Geo Data German Admin
 
The administrative data bases of the Federal Republic of Germany "GeoData German Admin" were updated on the data conditions of January 1st, 2010! The databases contain Towns and Municipalities, Town Quarters, Administrative Units, Postal Codes, Telephone Preselections, Snow and Wind Load Zones, Nature Area Classifications and Landscapes.
